This experience of oil production was born almost for fun and chance, from the attraction for a beautiful panorama of these slightly steep lands that look at sunset towards the sea, the Argentario, the islands of the Tuscan archipelago and, in the days of the north wind, even on the Corsican coasts.

Set between the lakes of Vico and Bolsena, this small portion of uncontaminated land, already used as a vineyard by the Cistercian monks in about 1300 a.c. and then as an olive grove in more recent times, manages to give ancient flavors and pass on Italian traditions over time. On these sunny hills there is the ideal climate and nutrition for a high-quality product with excellent organoleptic properties.

Given the modest (but perfectly controllable) extension of the territory, quality was preferred over quantity; therefore, the limited production is reserved for friends, acquaintances, and true gourmets curious to taste an oil whose roots are lost in time. Few and selected fruit trees and a vineyard, in the process of consolidation, characterize the environment surrounding our olive trees, whose nectar is on your table to delight you and make you feel the flavor of our beloved land, which has never been "exploited" whilst treated with love and in full and complete respect for the surrounding strong nature.
